In my previous entry, we discussed some of the pressures that businesses may face. As a result, we will now see some strategies for overcoming this pressure...with the assistance of information technology and information systems, of course.

It should be noted that, in my opinion, this is the most important aspect that every business should consider in order to operate for a long time. Customer focus entails providing the best possible customer service. Customer focus not only attracts new customers but also holds them and prevents them from switching sides to other businesses. For example, make the application's interface as simple as possible.

• Make-to-order and Mass Customization

Producing customised products or services based on customer preferences is known as make-to-order. However, this strategy cannot be applied to all types of businesses because not all businesses are capable of satisfying customer requests. The other option is mass customization. Customers can customise their own products through mass customization. The company provides a variety of components from which customers can choose.

• E-business and E-commerce

Electronic commerce (e-commerce) is the process of buying, selling, transferring, or exchanging goods or services over the internet. While e-business includes e-commerce and other activities such as collaborating with partners and conducting electronic transactions within an organisation.

There are numerous other strategies for overcoming business shortfalls. However, regardless of what it is, the best way to know which strategy is best for overcoming the disadvantage is through experience. So, don't give up and keep trying your hardest; I'm sure you'll find the best solution.
